William Penn (1644-1718) was the founder and first governor of Pennsylvania. He carried the holy seed message of divine governance revealed to him while studying at Oxford University. He became imprisoned in the Tower of London as a prisoner for his beliefs. Penn continued to get divine revelations to establish a holy model of governance as a precedent to the nations. His seed message became a Sacred Challenge and model to bring forth world peace and unity passed through the generations. It now stands before us as we look for answers in today's battle for the heart and soul of our nation and the nations.
Violet Oakley (1874-196l) was the first female muralist commissioned to complete the artwork at the Pennsylvania State Capitol upon the death of famed muralist Edwin Austin Abbey in 1911.
Through her art and dedication to Penn's message, Oakley brought his story and words to life in the most extraordinary way through her book of paintings entitled - "The Holy Experiment: A Message to the World from Pennsylvania."
